They are delicious and you will have to try them because they are so easy!!
This is probably one of my favorite breakfasts growing up (other than crepes) and its a cinch to make.
Monster recipe
1/3 cup butter
1 cup milk
4 eggs
1 cup flour
1tsp vanilla
dash of nutmeg
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. put butter in a 9 x 13 baking dish and melt butter while oven preheats. Put all other ingredients into blender and mix well. When butter is melted pour batter into pan and bake for 20-25 minutes. till golden brown. serves 4
Serve with jam or jelly or syrup of your choice and enjoy.
(they will puff up like that on the sides and they are amazing!

They are very good since I found out that you can eat them with fruit & such on them. For some reason, the first time I had them, there was no fruit to with them. I thought they were bland & yucky. I think it was the day after I graduated when I was tired from the all night party, maybe I was out of it. They are yummy now!
are these german pancakes? I love german pancakes...but Justin's not a fan so we don't have them very often.
no these aren't german pancakes.. They are a little different. But they are totally worth a try! And just tell Justin if he doesn't want them you and the girls have more to yourself!
You use a few more ingredients than I do but we call them German Pancakes and I LOVE them!!!! I think I'll have to try it with all of your stuff next time!!!
