Yummy Monsters!

You may ask "What in the world is that?" My friends these are what my family calls Monsters.
They are delicious and you will have to try them because they are so easy!!
This is probably one of my favorite breakfasts growing up (other than crepes) and its a cinch to make.

Monster recipe
1/3 cup butter
1 cup milk
4 eggs
1 cup flour
1tsp vanilla
dash of nutmeg
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. put butter in a 9 x 13 baking dish and melt butter while oven preheats. Put all other ingredients into blender and mix well. When butter is melted pour batter into pan and bake for 20-25 minutes. till golden brown. serves 4
Serve with jam or jelly or syrup of your choice and enjoy.
(they will puff up like that on the sides and they are amazing!
ENJOY!!

They are very good since I found out that you can eat them with fruit & such on them. For some reason, the first time I had them, there was no fruit to with them. I thought they were bland & yucky. I think it was the day after I graduated when I was tired from the all night party, maybe I was out of it. They are yummy now!
