Thankful

Today is one of those days where I am feeling really grateful.. Our car got broken into again and as frustrating as it was to have our dual DVD players and a watch and some movies taken.. I am so glad that they are just "THINGS". They really don't mean that much even though it is so frustrating that it happened here at our apartments (the doors accidentally got left unlocked somehow. and someone else in our complex got broken into as well this morning)
So I thought to help calm myself down and take a good look at things I would to a Thankful list to keep my spirits up.

1. My husband - He is awesome. I am grateful for his love, support, advice, friendship, companionship, and everything else he is for Me and Ike and the baby.
2. Ike - He is the best son I could have ever asked for. Today when I was so upset about the car he grabbed my face and said, "Its ok mommy. I love you so much. You happy now?" How can you not be happy after that? He is always so concerned with what people are feeling. he has such a tender heart and he is so aware of everything around him. I am so grateful to be his mommy.
3. The baby - even though she isn't here yet I am grateful to have her coming be part of our family.
4. Kaitlyn - We don't have her much but she is a great big sister to Ike and I love her lots.
5. Heavenly Father and the gosple - He knows what I'm going through and he wants to help me. and the best part is he knows how to help me when no one else does. He is my everything and I'm grateful for the knowledge and the blessings the gosple brings to my life.
6. JC's Job - I'm grateful that he has work that is in his field that he enjoys (most of the time :) ) and can support us with. Especially when it was so hard to find a job for us.
7. Insurance - Its nice to know that you are covered if anything happens.
8. Apartment - I'm glad we have a nice place to live, even though its not exactly what we want right now. We have a "home" to raise our family in that protects us.
9. Parents - Both our parents are wonderful examples and are willing to help us in times of need. I love them so much and I'm so grateful for their constant love and support.
10. Family - They are always there to talk to, to laugh with and be with whenever you need them.
11. Friends - Its great to have good friends that are there for you every step of the way.
12. Ward - Our ward is fantastic. we love the bishop, the people we associate from the ward and we have always felt so welcome there.
13. Talents - I have been very blessed with a lot of talents that have helped me so much and helped me bless others.
14. Prayer - honestly I don't even know what I would do without this one..
15. My temple marriage - I'm so grateful that if anything happens I am sealed Forever to JC and our kids and our familys. Its such a wonderful comfort in this crazy world.
16. Food storage - Where would I be without this? When we have a house I want to have my own "Walmart" but for now I have shelves and boxes and cabinets for it. It is nice to know that we have back up things for emergencies.

I'm just so grateful for so many things and I didn't list even half of them (you'd get bored reading them all anyway) So I will let this suffice for now. I know I take some of these things for granted sometimes. I hope you all make a list of things you are grateful for too. It always makes me feel the overwhelming love of my savior. And then all the problems and trials look so small in comparison.
